マルカルスのカルセルモがいるとこにDwemerの日記があり、読むとクエストスタートするらしい。
You can obtain it by doing a quest. To start it, go to the place where Calcemo stands in Markarth, right when you enter the Understone Keep, it’s the entrance on the left. His Journal is located nearby, in a place with dwemer stuff. Read his Journal, that’ll start the quest.
